The DPVR Priority Care package gives you unlimited access to our support team via email and telephone. The service is available if you have already purchased a DPVR headset and the product is not activated or has been activated no longer than three (3) days. The service agreement will be sent to your valid email address. Please pay attention to your email inbox.
When the DPVR Care-covered headset is returned within fifteen (15) days, the associated “DPVR Care” can also be returned for a refund at that time. If the headset covered is not purchased through the DPVR official store and has been activated, or the DPVR Care service has been used within 15 days after the purchase of the headset, the service cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged.
The service is non-transferable to a third party once activated.
“DPVR Care” offers coverage for one year following activation. After your purchase of “DPVR Care”, details such as remaining coverage can be checked through our Service & Support page on our website.
Cover is for the selected headsets only. Products not officially released by DPVR and collaborations are not covered. This service is applicable to your headset purchase.
