Refunds and returns
- DPVR provide FREE Cancellation and full refund within 24 hours after you purchased from our website, any cancellation before that can be accepted by Contacting DPVR Customer Service: email@example.com
- Note that normally orders ship 24 hours after purchase, so please get in touch ASAP if you need to cancel your order before it’s too late.
- DPVR will charge 15% Cancellation fee(including service fee and restocking fee) based on the order amount if you intend to cancel your order after 24 hours from purchase, please contact DPVR Customer Service to know the next step: firstname.lastname@example.org
- After your order is shipped from our warehouse, any request to cancel will be considered as return and subject to the terms of the DPVR Return Policy.
- According to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the right to cancel most products purchased from us within 14 days of delivery. But we must be notified of your intention from email in 14 days after delivery, please email us at email@example.com to get the return address. Our Standard 14 day online return options apply to goods purchased for domestic use only. These options do not apply to equipment purchased for use by a business, commercial equipment, or for any ‘special order’ items.
- The 14-day valid return time is calculated from the day the complete package was received. If there is a replacement parts during the period time, the valid return time will be extended accordingly.
- Any return requests that after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted by us and it will forward to the Warranty stage to go.
- All returns must be in original packaging.
- Please note we also reserve the right to make a deduction from refunding the full purchase price if we believe (on examination of the returned goods) that you have not been authorized to dismantle the product and caused serious damage to the product. The amount of deduction will be based on the extent of the diminishment in the goods value.

1) You will receive the full refund or free exchange by the following reasons:
- We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items.
- The packages was delivered damaged caused the inner product defective.(Require photo/video evidence)
2) 20% return fee will be charged from you by the following reasons:
- You chose the wrong product.
- Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, physical reasons, etc.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
